Truck Repairs & A New Addition to the Family

We had a friend of a friend look at the truck.  It was the turbo.  He said it was dirty and the unison ring was cracked.  A $250 fix and we're back on the road again.  Fixing was still cheaper than a truck payment!

The day after arriving home from our trip we found this little fellow meowing around our house.  We thought our son might have brought it home from one of the sewer plants he works at.

But no, we don't know where he came from but we fed him and Girl M. is in love.  He's now part of the family.  She named him "Sparky" since he adopted us on July 4th!

Bobo likes him too.  They look like twins.

We took Sparky to get fixed and his shots and were informed that yes, indeed he is a boy and he was already fixed.  So he only needed a good worming and his shots.  He only weighed 7lbs.  A little canned food and he should be a healthy weight soon.
